Article 1. Subject
These terms and conditions of sale establish the contractual relations between MuslimClo and its parent company Not Even Water LTD, registered in England and Wales, and the buyer. They outline the conditions applicable to any purchase made through the website https://muslimclo.com. By making a purchase on this site, the buyer unconditionally accepts these terms and conditions, which they acknowledge reading prior to placing an order.
MuslimClo reserves the right to modify these terms and conditions at any time in order to comply with new regulations or to enhance the user experience of its site. The applicable conditions will be those in effect on the date of the buyer’s order.
Article 2. Products
The products offered are those listed on the website https://muslimclo.com subject to availability. Each product is presented on the website with a description of its main technical characteristics and a size chart. While the photographs aim to be as accurate as possible, they are not binding on the seller.
Article 3. Pricing
The prices displayed on the product pages of the online catalog are in American dollars (USD) and include taxes, including the applicable VAT on the day of the order. Any changes in the VAT rate may affect the product prices. MuslimClo reserves the right to modify its prices at any time. However, it is understood that the price listed in the catalog on the day of the order will be the only one applicable to the buyer. The indicated prices exclude delivery charges, which are invoiced in addition to the product price based on the total order amount. For detailed delivery conditions, refer to Article 6.
Article 4. Ordering & Payment Terms
The buyer can place an order on the website as a guest or by creating an account. Creating an account is recommended to facilitate future purchases.
MuslimClo allows secure online payment through Stripe.
The confirmation of an order implies acceptance of these terms of sale, acknowledgment of having full knowledge of them, and waiving the use of the buyer’s own purchasing conditions. All provided data and the recorded confirmation will be considered as proof of the transaction.
Article 5. Returns & Quality Guarantee
As of today, MuslimClo only accepts returns of deficient products. Please note that all purchases are final, so be sure to check the size guide and description tabs on the product page. Do contact us if you need to make a return — we can’t promise anything, but we’ll try our best to accept your request.
In the event of non-conformity of a sold product, you may keep it or choose to return it to the sending address on the package from where it will be donated, reused, or destroyed. MuslimClo will gladly exchange the deficient product or provide a refund.

Article 6. Shipping & Excluded Countries
Deliveries are made to the address indicated on the order form within the agreed geographical area.
Please note that the following countries are not serviced by MuslimClo (beyond our control): Afghanistan, Belarus, Bhutan, Brunei, Chad, Cuba, Ecuador, Iran, Laos, Libya, Mongolia, North Korea, Russia, Samoa, South Sudan, Syria, Timor-Leste, Turkmenistan, Ukraine and Yemen.
Shipping times provided are estimates; if they exceed thirty (30) days from the order, the sales contract may be terminated, and the buyer will be reimbursed.
Upon delivery, the buyer is obliged to check the condition of the packaging and the contents of the goods. In the case of damage during transport, any complaint must be made to MuslimClo within seven (7) days of delivery.
Please note that any additional customs fees are to be covered by the buyer depending on the country where their order is delivered.
Article 8. Liability
MuslimClo, as a distance seller, is bound by an obligation of means. It cannot be held responsible for any damages resulting from the use of the Internet network, such as data loss, intrusion, viruses, service interruptions, or other unintentional problems.
Article 9. Intellectual Property
All elements of the MuslimClo website https://muslimclo.com are and remain the exclusive intellectual property of Not Even Water LTD. No one is allowed to reproduce, exploit, or use any elements of the site, whether partially or in their entirety, such as photos, logos, visuals, or text, without obtaining prior permission.
Article 10. Personal Data
MuslimClo is committed to preserving the confidentiality of the information provided by the buyer, which may be transmitted for the use of certain services. As such, the user has the right to access, modify, and delete their personal information. Requests can be made at any time by email to salam@muslimclo.com.
Article 11. Settlement of Disputes
These terms and conditions of remote sale are subject to English law.
